The FLIR Ocean Scout Pro II is a handheld thermal monocular for searching on the water, shoreline surveillance and low-light observation. Its 640 × 480 sensor and 30 Hz frame rate provide smooth thermal imagery, with photo and video recording to 16 GB of memory. The manually focused 35 mm lens provides a narrower 18° field of view for observation at greater distance. Battery life is up to 6 hours. The manufacturer's detection distances are reference values affected by the target and conditions.
