The CP470 is a networked CHIRP sonar module with power up to 2 kW and a frequency range of 25–255 kHz. It transfers bottom imagery to a compatible display over RayNet and accepts a 12 or 24 V supply. The connected transducer determines the final CHIRP band, beam width and achievable depth.

Compatible equipment

Documented connections for specific catalogue codes, including parts, requirements and manufacturer sources. Selected equipment ranges are covered; an unlisted combination does not imply incompatibility. Each connection path is assessed separately and is not a complete installation design.

CP470 CHIRP SONAR MODULE · E70298
Axiom 2 RV · Direct
NETWORK · Gigabit RayNet

Included with E70298:1 × A62361 — Raynet (F) to Raynet (F) cable - 2m

Functions: External CHIRP sonar through CP470

All displays on the same network need the same compatible LightHouse version. LightHouse 4 and 5 must not be mixed; first-generation Axiom/Axiom+/Pro/XL remain on LightHouse 4.

The module requires its own power supply and a suitable transducer. This record documents the module-to-display connection; the transducer is selected separately.

Minimum CPx firmware: bundle v21.0.04 (application v21.0-22, platform v21.0.20), according to the LightHouse 5 peripheral table.
