Does not connect to the S model’s analogue transducer port. Sonar data travels over wired RayNet, not Wi-Fi.
RVM1600 firmware must be compatible with the display’s LightHouse software. After LightHouse 4.11.133, the module uses independent version numbering; matching version numbers are not required. Use the appropriate Raymarine peripheral update package.
Transducer → RVM1600 RV/RVM port → supplied 2 m RayNet → display NETWORK port.
RVM1600 includes a 2 m RayNet cable. Select a suitable network cable length for a longer run; a second 2 m cable is not automatically needed.
RVM1600 requires its own power supply. The power cable is included; check circuit protection and wiring against the module’s manual.
